Jayne and Martin were very helpful and responsive, but it was not until we drove up to the villa and unlocked the door that we realised we were indeed winners. For our week there, the villa was a mini-vacation in itself. Our 12 and 15 year olds had much fun in the games room and pool while we sat back and enjoyed the setting. We were nervous on arrival as this was our first time in renting a villa but all the details you sent made the process so easy. We found the villa to be exactly as described on the website and a wonderful haven to retire to each night after a hectic day. The location of the villa is perfect, close enough to the parks but still far enough out of the hustle and bustle. We loved the fact that the villa was totally private with the pool area being fenced in. Upon arrival my family made a beeline straight to the pool which on many an evening became a great comfort zone to cool down in. We even practised our snorkelling skills in the pool prior to our visit to Discovery Cove which was great as we had never snorkelled before. The villa was spacious, clean and very well equipped and we were grateful for the addition of the internet as this helped us keep in contact with our family at home (as calls were very expensive from our mobiles). It also was a good connection with yourselves for any info or advice needed. The whole experience from start to finish was great, easy and pleasant contact when booking the villa and plenty of helpful information during our stay. We are recommending your villa (ourfabvilla) to everyone and advising that you simply couldn't ask for better. A beautiful villa (like a home from home) with all amenties you'll need and location is superb, with Walmart as your corner shop then everything is set for a dream vacation. The kids loved the game room, the little ones were up and swimming everyday by 8:00 in the morning.
