A DEPOSIT OF £100 / $160 PER WEEK IS REQUIRED UPON BOOKING AND BALANCE DUE ‹inc SECURITY DEPOSIT› EIGHT WEEKS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL.
FOR BOOKINGS MADE LESS THAN EIGHT WEEKS BEFORE ARRIVAL, FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED.
SPA/HOTTUB HEATING ONLY WILL BE CHARGED AT £25.00 / $45.00 PER WEEK.
| Rental Rates 2009, 2010. 2011, 2012 RATES ARE FOR FULL WEEKS IN THE SAME BAND, PART WEEKS OVERLAPPING INTO A HIGHER BAND WILL BE CHARGED AT THE HIGHER RATE.

A security deposit of £150.00 / $240.00 is required to safeguard against unlawful damage, misuse and breakages, should any of the aforementioned occur, repairs / replacement costs will be deducted from the Security Deposit the balance, if any, refunded 2—4 weeks on your return.
Where guests request stays of under 7 nights a charge will be incurred for cleaning.
Transactions can be conducted in either USD or Pounds Sterling, whichever is the most convenient for you.

Cancellation Policy: The following applies to all rentals. Days Prior to arrival.;
More than 70 days−−−−−−.deposit only;
42−70 days−−−−−−50%;
Less than 42 days−−−−−100%;
We will not keep deposits/rental fees if the property can be re—rented. If the property is rented for a fraction of the original rental fee because it is posted as a late availibility listing, the portion of the rent recovered will be refunded. Guests are advised to take out cancellation insurance.
These prices are for the whole house, irrespective of the number of guests, up to a maximum of 8—10
